June 28 marked our last class indoors until the fall. We now move to our summer training schedule for July and August.
We’ll be in Rundle Park every Wednesday night throughout the summer. For potential new students, it’s a great opportunity to stop by and see what we do.
For students, well, it’s a great way to make sure that your basics are in good order before regular training starts back up in the fall.
Classes run from 6 – 7: 30 p.m., weather permitting.
Please make sure you bring water. Applying sunscreen and bug spray is a good idea.
