    We have started our in-person classes at both McLeod and Capilano halls, following the provincial guidelines for training. For adults, this means following the Restriction Exemption Program for our adult classes (karate/ kobudo); for those under 18, it means adhering to the provincial guidelines for our youth/ family class. More information on the provincial guidelines can be found here.

    For those who are not quite ready to join in person, we continue to offer virtual training via Teams. Please contact the dojo for information.

    Physical activity is vital for both physical and mental health. Practising karate can also help reduce stress and help focus your mind. There really is no better time to get active.
